Join our guest speaker Jacqui Durant as she presents research about the indigenous history of our area based on early primary-documentary evidence (1830s and 1840s). Jacqui will provide a historical context for Aboriginal life in and around the Ovens, King and Greta Valleys at the time of European-Aboriginal contact (mid-1830s onwards), including an account of these valley landscapes and their ecological management around this time.
